Treehog Flying Capstan Lowering Device
The capstan is a friction device installed into the rigging rope to create friction for lowering the cut branches slowly and safely to the ground. With a maximum working load of 6kN, this device will undertake most rigging jobs.
The device needs to be tied against the trunk of the tree with a whoopie sling.
The SMALL version is for use with ropes of 10 - 12mm diameter.
